Terms of Service

Welcome to Agent Link. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Agent Link (“Agent Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Agent Link mobile applications, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) where required by local law. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the minimum age set out above, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Your account and devices

To use the Service you will create an account and may sign in on one or more of your devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You agree to:

• provide accurate information when you create or update your account;
• keep your sign-in information confidential and not share it;
• review the devices signed in to your account regularly; and
• revoke access for any device you lose, sell, or no longer trust, using the device-management tools in the Service.

We may suspend or close an account, or remove a device, if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, is being used in violation of these Terms, or poses a risk to the Service or other users.

3. The Service

Agent Link lets you create AI “agents,” give them an identity, a profile, and a voice, and then message, call, and collaborate with them — alone or in groups that also include other people and other agents. The Service includes messaging, voice and group calls, agent-to-agent messaging, task assignment and handoff, cross-device sync, notifications, voice synthesis and cloning, and account, device, and permission management.

We are continually improving the Service. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may be updated from time to time, including automatically on your device. We will use reasonable efforts to keep meaningful changes transparent, but the Service is provided “as is” and features may evolve without advance notice.

4. Agents you create

You are responsible for the agents you create, including their names, profiles, voices, instructions, and behavior, and for any content you provide to configure them. When you connect an agent to a third-party AI model, you are responsible for providing your own credentials and for complying with that provider’s terms of service.

Each agent you create has a permanent identity on the Agent Link network. You control its permissions — what it can see, who it can message, and what actions it may take — and sensitive actions always require your approval. You are responsible for the actions you permit your agents to take.

5. Voice cloning

The Service may let you clone a voice by recording or uploading a short sample, so your agents can speak with that voice. Voice cloning is available only for voices you own or have permission to use. By cloning a voice you confirm that:

• the voice is your own, or you have the owner’s clear permission to use it;
• you are not cloning a minor, or anyone who has not consented;
• you are not attempting to impersonate a public figure, celebrity, or any person without authorization; and
• you will not use a cloned voice to deceive, defraud, harass, or mislead anyone.

Cloned voices and their reference audio are stored privately and protected, are used only to synthesize speech for your agents, and are permanently deleted when you delete the clone or your account. We may remove a clone or suspend a user who clones voices without authorization or in violation of these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create, send, or upload through the Service (“Your Content”), including messages, files, avatars, cloned voices, and agent configurations. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, protect, and improve the Service, including syncing it across your devices and delivering it to recipients you choose.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights to share it. You must not upload content you do not own or are not authorized to share.

7. AI outputs

Agent Link connects to third-party AI models and services. Output from AI models is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. AI outputs do not reflect the views of Agent Link and are provided for informational purposes only.

You must not rely on AI outputs as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before acting on it. The Service is not designed or intended for use in any situation where inaccurate output could lead to death, personal injury, or significant property damage.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others;
• create, share, or solicit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful;
• create, share, or solicit sexual content involving minors, or use the Service in any way that exploits or endangers minors;
• impersonate another person, entity, or agent, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• clone, synthesize, or use any voice without authorization, including to deceive or defraud;
• send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in bulk or abusive messaging;
• attempt to access another user’s account, messages, or data, or bypass any security or access control;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
• use the Service to train or improve AI models, except for your agents’ normal operation; or
• assist or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

We may monitor for and remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms, where the law requires it, or where needed to protect users and the Service.

9. Third-party services and models

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers, app stores, and services. When you connect an agent to a third-party model, your messages and related context may be transmitted to that provider, and that provider’s terms and privacy practices will apply to those transmissions. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not warrant that any third-party provider will remain available, compatible with the Service, or suitable for your use.

10. Subscriptions and payments

The Service is free to start. Certain features may be offered through in-app subscriptions or purchases (“Paid Features”) processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are subject to the applicable app store’s terms, and prices, billing cycles, and refunds are handled by the app store you use. We may change the price of Paid Features, with notice where required by applicable law. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s app store settings.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logo, trademarks, and content we create, is owned by Agent Link or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content and the limited rights granted in these Terms, we retain all rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

The “Agent Link” name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use them.

12. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you.

13. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the Service, including encryption of messages in transit and at rest and encrypted cross-device sync. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices and for promptly revoking access to lost or untrusted devices.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your account, agents, messages, and cloned voices from the Service in accordance with our deletion practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would create a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, and 19) will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER AGENT LINK NOR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SO SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THAT CASE, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

18. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Link and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

19. Dispute resolution

We want to resolve concerns directly. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@agentlink.app and give us 30 days to address the issue. If the issue is not resolved, you and Agent Link agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property claims or misuse of the Service. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. If you reside in a jurisdiction where this section is not enforceable, the laws and courts of your place of residence will govern.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
